When I started my career in 2018, I probably worked 7 days a week. And honestly, I'm happy I did it. I don't know if my business would have succeeded at the time, knowing what I knew then.
But after a while, the "hustle culture" starting to weigh on me.
I found myself constantly working, stressing out about my business, and ultimately burning out REGULARLY (it was that hamster wheel feeling and never truly feeling like I was getting ahead).
Something shifted in 2021 (hint: it was an intentional shift).
I implemented practices to become a prospecting FARMER >> aka: train my clients to send me inbound referrals. 💸
This, coupled with strategies around LinkedIn, Nesting at Companies, and understanding the psychology of referrals led me to do over $350k revenue in 2021 while working 2 days a week as an advisor 🤯 🤯 🤯
To achieve more freedom, more peace, more consistent revenue -- there's ONE thing I needed to do. I didn't know it at the time, but what I did was I created a prospecting SYSTEM (no more "shiny penny syndrome" or "spaghetti at the wall" approach to prospecting).
